SERVICES WE OFFER
Assisted Living
Assisted living is for those who value independence but may need assistance with activities of daily living. Our care team works in collaboration with medical professionals to meet the care needs of each individual.
Basic Services:

Skilled staff on-site 24 hours per day, seven days per week

Three wholesome, home-cooked balanced meals and snacks

Assistance in personal care and grooming by attentive and courteous staff

Assistance with bathing, feeding, and turning as needed by attentive and courteous staff

Assistance with medication as prescribed by their Physician

Assistance with Foley catheter

Wound care provided by nursing staff

Able to assist home health services with IV medication

Housekeeping and laundry service

Arrange transportation and set up medical and dental appointments

Social and recreational activities.
RESIDENT CARE & WELLNESS SERVICES
Wellness Center
Blue sky offers a wellness center and full-time nurse to assist with all of your loved ones’ daily living needs. Services are customized to each resident’s needs. Our professional team provides assistance 24-hours a day 7 days a week.
Care Services
Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene, diabetic care, special diets, medication management, oxygen management & management of incontinence.
Food
Our professional specialize in quality of service and ensures that they can accommodate any special needs that may come up due to dietary restrictions or health concerns.
